Why Do I need a Remote Control? All battery cameras have one problem they consume so much power that the battery soon runs down. On some hidden battery cameras an on/off switch would help but depending on the product the camera is built into it's not always possible to have an on/off switch fitted.
The alternative to battery power is to have the camera powered by the mains supply but this involves having wires which would sevearly limit the types of hidden camera product we could offer.
The Solution.
In order to solve the problem of battery life we invented the wireless remote control battery camera.
This not only means the Camera can be switched on and off remotely to save the battery but it also means that the camera can be triggered on automatically for example by an intruder triggering a hidden motion detection device.
All our cameras whether mains or battery powered have built in remote control electronics so that with the addition of a remote hand set or an automatic triggering device they can be turned on and off remotely. Being able to remotely switch on and off any camera allows several cameras operating in the same location to share the same transmission channel.
A further advantage is that when a camera is not being viewed it can be switched off thus reducing the possibillity of it being discovered by accident.
