| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. | Returns Policy If you cancel your order the same working day and the goods have not been sent out then there is no charge, we just delete the order from our records. If the goods have been sent out you can still cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days however you will be expected to pay the cost of postage and insurance. Goods Returned for refund will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you have requested a special product of your choice or requested special work to be done on a product, for example re-sprayed a different colour this will be charged for separately and the cost of such work is not refundable. Don't forget you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
